HR Generalist/Recruiter

Job Description

  • Screen employment applications and resumes within our ATS system
  • Conduct phone screens of qualified applicants, coordinate hiring manager interviews
  • Pre-employment background testing, setting up drug screens and MVRs
  • Check of references and employment history for candidates moving toward an offer
  • Instruct candidates on new hire paperwork. Review and approve said paperwork
  • Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate onboarding with appropriate managers
  • Manage company social media pages and various job boards in relation to careers
  • Manage recruiting email accounts
  • Assists in the administration of the company compensation program as needed
  • Serves as support to the HR Manager during open enrollment
  • Assists the HR Manager in carrying out various human resource programs and processes for all company employees
  • Assist employees with general HR questions
  • Various administrative duties as assigned, such as scanning and filing
  • Maintain working knowledge of company policies and benefits
  • Maintain working knowledge of H.R. Laws, Statues and Regulations
