"I've moved 12 times since 2004 and it would take finding something better or maybe one of your properties opening in Florida (Sarasota?) before I'd consider moving again. It would be very hard to beat this property and I don't anticipate it is likely. There is so much to like and very little that I would change. (another bathroom would be great) hint hint LOL"

"I'm sorry for any inconvenience but I'm trying to send this for the third time and hope it goes through. With being here for 2-1/2 months everyone makes me feel so welcome and with all the scheduled activities each month, this makes for lots of fun for everyone. Everything being level both inside and outside is awesome and so well maintained with plenty of room. The snow removal is amazing and done very quickly and if anything needs to be done, it is done immediately, no hesitation. A big "THANK YOU" to Kim for all her help and everything she did for me and her patience and personality goes above and beyond. I hope everyone is as happy as I am in MY NEW HOME and I LOVE IT---LOVE IT. I would recommend Allegheny Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live."
