If these days are going to change, a weekly or monthly e-mail might work. When something goes wrong it seems unclear as to the best way to get help."

"I had only lived here a year when my rent was raised. We also are still waiting for installation of the security lock on the outside doors. With all the things that go on in the world today & with so many homeless people around we feel like we need it. Also, it was advertised that we would have it. We finally have a maintenance man which is really nice, eve n tho he isn't here full time. But I do like my apartment & like living here."
