Formed in January of 2018, BDCL Architects, PC was created in order to provide the highest level of Architecture support and service for Pivotal - one of the leading developers and managers of affordable housing in the country. The BDCL team's experience represents a wide breadth of knowledge in both the market-rate and affordable housing industries.
For almost 20 years, BDCL team members have been designing housing for residents which include projects across a broad spectrum of housing. This includes types such as single family homes, townhomes, senior villas, multi-story senior & family, garden walkups, and adaptive reuse.
