Pivotal manages all of its own communities, which is a portfolio of over 7,000 units, in 15 states. Our primary focus is our residents, which drives us to double our portfolio within the next five years. As an experienced affordable housing provider, we strategically utilize our products and knowledge to build our neighborhoods; as a result, we give residents the ability to achieve better lives. Our multi-family and senior independent style communities include villas, townhomes, garden-style apartments, and single family homes.

Our management team is experienced in compliance and detailed in all of the many programs that we provide. Through continuing education, our team stays on top of changes with the various state agencies. We work to build strong relationships with our partners to maintain a highly performing properties.
